Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Adfix Agency Ltd. (trading as "KNScert", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of knscert.com and any related products, content, downloads, or services (the "Service").

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account.
• You must keep your password confidential and not share access with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify support@knscert.com immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or appear fraudulent.

4. License to materials

On successful payment, KNScert grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased exam preparation materials solely for your own study and certification preparation.

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the materials.
• Publish, post, or upload the materials to any public or private repository, forum, or file-sharing service.
• Use the materials to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source files.
• Remove or obscure copyright, watermark, or attribution notices.

Violating this section terminates your license immediately and forfeits any refund.

5. Pricing & payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any local taxes that may apply.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders that are already paid.
• Payment is due in full at checkout via the payment methods we accept.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order.
• Promo codes are limited to one per order unless explicitly stated and may not be combined with bundle pricing.

6. Delivery & access

Digital products are delivered electronically - typically as instant download or in-account access immediately after payment is confirmed. Free updates are included for the period specified on the product page.

7. Pass guarantee

KNScert offers a 100% Pass Guarantee. Eligibility, claim process, and timing are described on our Guarantee and Refund Policy pages, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Where required by consumer law in your jurisdiction, statutory refund rights apply in addition to those described in the policy.

9. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated downloading, or systematic harvesting of the Service.
• No attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• No uploading of viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• No use of the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• No impersonation of another person or entity.

10. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content ("User Content") through the Service, you grant KNScert a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for the legality of what you submit.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Service - including questions, explanations, simulators, branding, design, software, and trademarks - is owned by KNScert or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted to you.

12. Third-party marks

Vendor names, exam codes, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA) are the property of their respective owners. KNScert is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these vendors. Use of their marks is solely for identification of the exams our materials help prepare for.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. KNScert does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific exam outcome will be achieved.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNScert's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. In no event will KNScert be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KNScert, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, including violating the license restrictions in Section 4. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the principal place of business of Adfix Agency Ltd., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
