Summary
This page explains what cookies and similar technologies KNScert uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device on subsequent visits, remember preferences, and keep you signed in. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixel tags) are covered by this policy too.
2. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary - required for the site to function: authentication, cart, security, fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled.
- Preference - remember settings such as display options and language.
- Analytics - anonymous, aggregated data about how visitors use the site, so we can improve content and performance.
- Marketing - used only if you've opted in; help measure the effectiveness of email and promotional campaigns.

The exact names may vary as we update providers. This table is maintained on a best-effort basis.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by trusted third parties acting on our behalf:
- Payment processor - to securely process card payments on the checkout page.
- Analytics provider - to measure aggregated, anonymous site usage.
- Bot protection - to detect and block automated abuse.
These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
5. How long cookies last
- Session cookies - deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies - remain on your device until they expire (see table above) or until you delete them.
6. Manage cookies in your browser
You can view, block, and delete cookies via your browser settings:

- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data
7. Mobile devices
On iOS and Android you can manage cookies inside the browser app you use (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.). You can also reset your advertising identifier in your device privacy settings.
8. What happens if you disable cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required for sign-in, checkout, and cart functionality. If you block them, parts of the site will not work. Disabling analytics or marketing cookies has no impact on core functionality.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove tools. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
